Calpe Promenade Bowls Club is a LLB registered Bowling Club and supports the activities of its Members.
This privacy policy explains what and how we use any personal information we collect about you when you join the CPBC, and cannot be held without your permission.

1. What information do we collect about you?

2. How will we use the information about you?
When you join CPBC the only information required from you is to manage and administer your membership which includes membership renewals, Annual General Meeting notices, the collection of Federation Fees and Capitation Fees paid to the LLB.
In order to fulfil our obligations, to you as a member, your personal data will be held on a separate memory stick, and not on any computer that could be hacked, and backed up regularly, and will be administered solely by the Membership Secretary.
3. Marketing
We will not share your information with any other organisation’s outside of CPBC, the LLB and the Federation of Bowls Comunidad Valenciana.
We do not share your data with any external marketing companies.
4. Access to your information and corrections
You may opt out at any time from receiving emails, by letting the Membership Secretary know, please note, that all emails sent to CPBC Members are and will be sent as BCC.
If you leave CPBC or transfer to another Bowls Club your information will be removed from our records, an appropriate system is in place, such that a data access request / exercise of a right of erasure, can be dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.
If a Member, can identify when a breach has happened, he or she has the right to contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (the “ODPC”).
Data breaches that impact on privacy have to be notified to the ODPC, and any individuals that are affected within 72 hours of the occurrence of the breach. Failure to report a breach could result in a fine as well as a fine for the breach.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our privacy policy, we will keep our privacy policy under regular review. This privacy policy was created on 29th October 2020 and this is the latest review. 20th May 2021.
